Regarding The Incident

Following the Q3 Synergy Alignment Incident, MandateDyne Global has taken decisive and comprehensive action. A task force was assembled, a retrospective was conducted, and a robust follow-up document was produced describing the action items from the retrospective. That document has been filed.

All systems are currently operational. The AI ticket management system has been "recalibrated" and is operating within acceptable parameters, as defined by parameters we established after the Incident to ensure the current behavior falls within them. We consider this matter proactively resolved.
